- 24×7 on-call support. We need a engineer who would be working 11PM to 7AM IST.
- This engineer would have a list of routines he would need to perform and any issues he sees he would do any initial troubleshooting and then reach out to a US Engineer for resolution as required.
- L2 Production Support Python.
